In terms of style, the new Altroz racer edition will resemble the standard Altroz, but it will probably get a new paint job in red and black to give it a distinctive racer look, along with white stripes across the hood and a new 16-inch black alloy, as demonstrated in the Auto Expo.
A new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system is anticipated for the dashboard, and the interior is probably going to have a granite-black motif with red accents throughout to create a sporty vibe. There will also likely be ventilated seats with red and white stripe embroidery. It has a flawless race car feel overall.
Tata Altroz Racer : Powertrain
With a 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine producing 120 PS of power and 170 Nm of peak torque, the new Altroz racer is expected to be much more powerful than the standard Altroz. A 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT, similar to the previous Tata cars, are the predicted gearbox options for the new Altroz Racer.

The New Altroz Racer is expected to cost between 9 and 12 lakhs (ex-showroom) based on the Tata High Standard ALFA Architecture. Most likely available in higher-end trims than the standalone version of Altroz.

Tata Altroz Racer : Features and Safety

Tata plans to include tonnes of new features in the upcoming Altroz Racer edition. This new Altroz Racer will have ventilated seats, a 7-inch TFT Digital Cluster with wireless charging, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It will also have a shark fin antenna and an electric sunroof that’s voice-operated.
Along with the expected racer badging across the design and 16-inch black diamond-cut alloy wheels, the seats will likely have a more pronounced red and white theme with racing stripes. It has five-star-rated ALFA architecture and six airbags, as it is based on the standard Altroz.
