Tata Motors Sales November 2025 – PV + CV at 94,700 Units, Strong 26% Growth; EVs Jump 52% YoY

Tata Motors closed November 2025 with robust performance across both its passenger and commercial vehicle divisions. The brand posted double-digit growth, driven by rising domestic demand, surging exports, and exceptional momentum in its electric vehicle portfolio.

With major new launches lined up — including the petrol-powered Harrier and Safari on December 9, 2025, and the all-new Tata Sierra arriving in January 2026 — the company is positioned for an even stronger finish to FY25 and a solid start to 2026.

Passenger Vehicle Sales – 59,199 Units, EVs Grow 52% YoY

Tata Motors recorded 59,199 units in combined domestic and export PV sales in November 2025, marking a 25.6% YoY increase over 47,117 units sold in November 2024.

Domestic PV sales came in at 57,436 units, up 22% YoY, although slightly lower than the 61,134 units recorded in October 2025. Export numbers delivered a major highlight — shipments rose to 1,763 units, registering an extraordinary 3164% YoY surge from just 54 units a year ago.

EV sales continued to be a strong pillar for Tata. The company dispatched 7,911 electric vehicles, achieving 52% YoY growth, further cementing its leadership position in India’s EV market. Tata’s strategic focus remains clear: accelerate EV adoption through a wider portfolio, with 10 new EVs planned by FY26, supported by a growing charging infrastructure ecosystem.

Commercial Vehicle Sales – 35,539 Units, 29% Growth

The commercial vehicle division also posted strong gains, closing the month with 35,539 units, a solid 29% YoY increase compared to the 27,636 units sold in November 2024.

Breakdown of segment performance:

  • HCV Trucks: 10,181 units, 34% YoY growth
  • ILMCV Trucks: 5,905 units, 35% YoY growth
  • Passenger Carriers: 3,340 units, 11% YoY growth
  • SCV Cargo & Pickups: 13,327 units, 19% YoY growth

CV exports nearly doubled, reaching 2,786 units, up 92% YoY from 1,453 units in Nov 2024 — reflecting healthier international demand for Tata’s transport solutions.
