Tata Nexon ev prime is India’s most selling ev car. Recently Tata has launched Nexon ev max having a bigger battery pack and more range. A larger battery, improved power and torque figures, plenty of new features – there’s a lot distinguishing the Nexon EV Max from the standard car.
FEATURES AND INTERIORS
Sun roof, 360-degree camera, z-connect, android auto/apple car play, and other features were already included in the Nexon EV Prime. Major feature improvements are made compared to the standard model for the Nexon EV Max. These features include a hill descent control feature, an illuminated gear knob with a park mode, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, an air purifier, wireless charging, cooled seats, and many drive modes (Eco, City, and Sport). Along with an updated Z Connect 2.0 linked car technology with 48 capabilities, it also gets smartwatch integration, cruise control, and other features.

EXTERIOR
Sincere to say, there aren’t much distinctions in terms of appearance between the two versions. A new dual-tone five-spoke alloy wheel design is available for the Nexon EV Max. Additionally, it comes with dual-tone paint schemes as standard equipment and has an exclusive, brand-new intensi-teal paint colour choice. The Nexon EV Max’s interior features a distinctive beige theme that is not present on the base model. Both vehicles have a futuristic, athletic appearance.

ENGINE MOTOR AND POWER TERRAIN
The Nexon EV Max now boasts 143 hp and 250 NM of torque, an increase of 14 hp and 5 NM over the Nexon EV’s base model. The Nexon EV Max is said to execute the 0-100kph sprint in less than 9 seconds, while the normal Nexon EV completes it in 9.3 seconds. The Nexon EV Max’s larger battery pack, now a 40.5kWh unit, up 10.3kWh from the normal Nexon EV’s 30.2kWh battery pack, is of course the main talking point of the vehicle. The 40.5kWh battery pack is bigger and taller than the smaller battery pack due to the fact that it contains 30% more cells than the ordinary one. Naturally, the larger battery pack provides a greater range. The Nexon EV Max has a range of 437 kilometres, according to the ARAI, which is 125 kilometres greater than the normal model’s 312 kilometres. The basic Nexon EV’s 30.2kWh battery can be fully charged with a 3.3kW AC charger in around 10 hours. The Nexon EV Max, on the other hand, has a larger 40.5kWh battery, therefore topping it off completely with the same 3.3kW AC charger takes 15–16 hours. However, if the 7.2kW AC charger options are chosen, this charging period can be significantly decreased to just 5–6 hours.
