New Creta rival has been spotted testing in India which is expected to launch in India later this year!

Skoda has been spied testing the Kushaq Facelift in India with launch expected to take place by late 2025. Skoda had launched the Kushaq in India on 8th of July, 2021 as part of its India 2.0 Strategy. The SUV contains 95% of local parts contents to help achieve a lower price point. Let’s take a look at what the facelift model has in store for us!

2025 Skoda Kushaq Facelift – What to Expect?

As evident from the spy shots, the front and rear of the SUV has been camouflaged by Skoda. But still, we can the grille has been revised, may be similar to the Kodiaq which launched recently; it gets new headlamps as well including the repositioning of the DRLs from the lower part of the headlamp to the upper part of it. Skoda has fully covered the lower half of the SUV, but we expect new bumpers design, and fog lamps. Side profile isn’t visible, but new 18-inch alloys are expected with the facelift given its rivals are offering it. Moving to the rear, its completely covered, but we expect Skoda to offer connected tail-lamps.

Interiors can’t be seen, but we don’t expect to see change in styling other than upgraded equipments like the new Kodiaq-like floating infotainment system, new fully digital cluster, new steering wheel with Skoda’s lettering logo; panoramic sunroof on top, new dual-tone theme for the cabin, etc.

2025 Skoda Kushaq Facelift – What About Powertrain?

Mechanically, Skoda is expected to continue with the same 2 Turbo Petrol Engines –

  • 1.0 L 3 Cylinder (TSI) Turbo Petrol – 114 BHP, 178 NM – 6 Speed MT / AT
  • 1.5 L 4 Cylinder (TS) Turbo Petrol – 147.5 BHP, 250 NM – 6 Speed MT, 7 Speed DSG

2025 Skoda Kushaq Facelift – Any New Features?

Skoda is expected to introduce new features with the facelift such as –

  • Panoramic Sunroof
  • Rear Sunblinds
  • Dual-Zone Climate Control
  • Powered Tailgate
  • Drive and Traction Modes

As for Safety, it could get the following –

  • 360 Surround View Camera
  • Blind Spot View Monitor
  • Level 2 ADAS
  • Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold
  • Hill Descent Control
