JSW MG Motors has just launched a new spacious MG Car with premium features and comfort!

JSW MG Motor India has expanded its EV lineup with the launch of the new Windsor Exclusive Pro variant. This new variant is positioned between the mid-spec Exclusive and top-end Essence trims and is priced at ₹17.25 lakh (ex-showroom). It also comes with a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) option, where buyers can pay ₹12.24 lakh upfront and ₹4.5 per kilometre for battery usage.

Positioned Below Essence Pro, Same Powertrain and Range

The Windsor Exclusive Pro shares its powertrain with the range-topping Windsor Essence Pro. It is equipped with a 52.9 kWh battery pack delivering a certified MIDC range of 449 km on a single charge. MG continues to offer advanced EV performance with this variant while keeping the pricing more accessible. Deliveries for the Windsor Exclusive Pro are scheduled to begin in the first week of June 2025.

This launch follows the overwhelming response to the Windsor Essence Pro, which was introduced at ₹17.5 lakh (ex-showroom) as an introductory price for the first 8,000 bookings. These slots were filled within 24 hours, after which the price was revised to ₹18.10 lakh or ₹13.09 lakh plus ₹4.5/km under BaaS.

Exterior and Interior Features

The Windsor Exclusive Pro is available in three exterior colours – Pearl White, Starry Black and Turquoise Green. It features the same sporty 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels seen on the Essence Pro, along with flush door handles and full LED lighting. Inside, the cabin gets a dual-tone Ivory and Black theme, providing a premium look and feel.

Key interior features include a 15.6-inch Grand View infotainment system with MG’s i-SMART connected car suite, offering over 80 features and 100+ AI-based voice commands. Other features include a 9-speaker premium audio system, automatic climate control, 135-degree reclining rear lounge seats, a 360-degree camera, and wireless charging.

Additional Benefits and Warranty Details

MG is offering a lifetime battery warranty with the Exclusive Pro variant, applicable to the first owner. It also comes with a 3-60 assured buyback program, ensuring 60 percent value retention after three years. This makes the Windsor Exclusive Pro a strong value proposition for those looking at premium electric mobility without stretching to the top variant.

With this new launch, MG’s Windsor EV lineup now includes four variants: Excite, Exclusive, Exclusive Pro, and Essence Pro. Prices start at ₹14 lakh for the base Excite with a 38 kWh battery, while the new Exclusive Pro brings the larger 52.9 kWh pack at a lower entry point compared to the top-end model, making it a more accessible yet feature-rich option in the premium EV segment.
